Job summary

Headhunters in South Africa seeks an SAP Business One Support Analyst to join our commerce team. You will provide day-to-day user support, assist with queries, and help maintain SAP B1 master data and reports.

The role requires at least 1 year of SAP B1 experience, basic SQL knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with DTW, Query Generator/Manager, and Excel will be advantageous. Experience in helpdesk or ERP reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

1+ year of SAP Business One experience preferred.
Basic SQL knowledge advantageous.
Experience with SAP Business One support is beneficial.
SAP Business One certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day SAP Business One support to users.
Assist users with SAP-related queries and issues.
Investigate reported problems before escalating them.
Review SAP documents, transactions, master data and authorisations when investigating issues.
Reproduce system errors where possible and gather relevant supporting information.
Resolve routine SAP support issues independently where appropriate.
Monitor and manage SAP support tickets.
Escalate complex SQL, development, integration, Boyum and project-related matters to the SAP B1 Specialist.
Keep users informed of the status of their support requests.
