Job summary

The Apex Group seeks a meticulous Junior Sales Analyst in Cape Town to bridge Sales, CRM, Onboarding and Data teams, translating fee proposals into Salesforce Opportunities that drive automated billing and revenue recognition.

You will collaborate across regions to support the global sales process, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and smooth handoffs between Sales, CRM, CSMs, and Client Data teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret complex fee proposals and translate them into system configurations.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong interest in Sales and customer outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions.
• Experience working in a multi-regional, cross-functional environment.
• For Europe support, experience in the financial sector is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and other staff involved in the sales process - all Opportunity owners.
• Interpret proposals and build these in Salesforce.
• Confirm that the fee proposal is coherent and the right product mix is sold.
• Configure quotes in Salesforce, add products and pricing.
• Execute administrative preparation for the Opportunity: new accounts, account hierarchy, data enrichment, document addition.
• Ensure Deal team and split accuracy to capture commissions; collaborate with Sales, CRM, CSMs, Onboarding, Client Data and Data Quality teams.
