Job summary

Apex Group is hiring a Junior Sales Analyst to act as a control point between Sales, CRM, CSM, Onboarding and Data teams. You will ensure fee proposals are correctly interpreted and translated into Salesforce Opportunities that drive automated billing and revenue recognition.

You will collaborate across regions and departments, supporting a global sales process. Ideal candidates have Salesforce/CPQ exposure and a strong eye for detail to safeguard data quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting fee proposals and translating into system configurations.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience working in a multi-regional, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret proposals, including fee proposals sold to prospective clients, and build these in Salesforce.
• Configure quotes in Salesforce, add necessary products and pricing.
• Undertake administrative work associated with the Opportunity, including creation of accounts, account hierarchy, data enrichment, and documents.
