Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to renewable energy resources, such as solar irradiation and wind speeds.
• Support the evaluation of project economics, including capital costs, operating expenses, and revenue projections.
• Conduct market research on renewable energy policies, incentives, and competitor activities in the Western Cape.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical and financial reports for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Help in the development of proposals and presentations for new renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data interpretation and reporting.
