SysTechCare Support is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. You will monitor, inspect, and report on quality to maintain conformity with standards. This entry-level role emphasizes learning and development within a structured QA environment.

You will perform in-process and final inspections, document results, and collaborate with production to uphold quality procedures. Freshers welcome to apply with a strong attitude toward quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical QA/Manufacturing certification preferred.
• Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and lean principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products using standard measurement tools and visual checks.
• Record, report, and document inspection results clearly and accurately.
• Identify deviations or non-conformance issues and elevate them to the Quality Supervisor.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality procedures are understood and followed.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S and safety guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards applicable to the manufacturing process.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections during production runs.
• Participate in audits and support quality training for new hires when necessary.

Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Junior Quality Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their careers in quality assurance who are passionate about upholding production standards and ensuring product excellence. As a Junior Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and reporting on the quality of materials and finished products to maintain compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, etc.).

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light-to-moderate weights if necessary.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.

• Internship or vocational training in quality assurance or manufacturing is a plus.

• Freshers with a good attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

• Overtime may be required based on production needs.
