Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for network connectivity and related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network problems, such as Wi‑Fi, LAN connectivity, and VPN access.
• Install, configure, and test network hardware, including routers, switches, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and upscale complex issues to senior support staff.
• Maintain accurate records of support tickets, resolutions, and network configurations.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure in the Soweto area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant IT or telecommunications certification is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi.
