You will build and maintain partner relationships, handle referrals, quotes, and policy finalisations, while ensuring accurate lead capture on the internal system.

Qualifications

• Matric essential; RE5/degree advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate motor insurance leads via calls and pre-qualified leads.
• Build and maintain partner relationships for a steady lead flow.
• Call, quote, and finalise insurance agreements with clients.
• Upsell relevant insurance products to clients.
• Capture leads accurately in the internal system.
• Provide feedback to partners on lead status and performance.
• Support sales with client information for quoting.
• Monitor referrals and manage partner payments and compliance.
