Job summary

Managed People Solutions is offering an 18-month internship in Newcastle, Kwa-Zulu Natal for TVET graduates to gain hands-on experience as Junior Merchandisers. The role involves stock determination, stock drawing, shelf checks, merchandising cycles, and customer feedback.

The programme targets youth under 28 with an N6 TVET Certificate and related study fields. A monthly stipend is provided and duration is 18 months.

Qualifications

• Under 28 years old.
• Must have completed TVET N6 certificate.
• Programme to be completed in Newcastle, Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised.
• Draw stock requirements.
• Check vintage and product quality on shelf and price tags.
• Execute merchandising activities per cycle brief.
• Feedback on customer complaints, queries and requests.
• Communicate and uphold product and promotion knowledge.
• Record merchandising activities accurately.
• Execute calls as per cycle.
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock products.
