Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised
• Draw stock requirements
• Check shelf stock quality, rotation and price tags
• Execute merchandising activities per cycle brief
• Provide feedback on customer queries and complaints
• Promote product knowledge and promotions
• Record merchandising activities accurately
• Make calls as per call cycle
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock products
