Job summary

Kontak is seeking a Junior Media Buyer in Cape Town to grow your paid media career across international DTC e-commerce brands. You will manage and optimise Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns while developing skills in creative testing, funnel optimisation and AI-driven marketing.

Requirements include a degree or equivalent, 2 years in paid media, and solid knowledge of ROAS, CAC and LTV. You will work with the Performance Marketing Manager and team, aligning with UK hours.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field.
• 2 years' paid media, media buying or performance marketing within DTC/e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimisation.
• Experience with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust bids.
• Manage monthly budgets and pacing.
• Refresh audiences and segments.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Track KPIs and flag anomalies.
