Job summary

Recruitpro Solutions in Johannesburg is seeking a graduate or junior Mechanical Engineer to join a small, hands-on team delivering automation, refurbishment and system integration projects.

You will support projects from mechanical assessment through to implementation, contribute to mechanical design and drafting, assist with PLC programming and factory automation, and gain broad exposure to planning, project management and operator training.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in mechanical engineering or be near graduation.
• Interest in automation and mechanical design with hands-on approach.
• Willingness to learn PLC programming and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from mechanical assessment through to implementation.
• Contribute to mechanical design and drafting.
• Assist refurbishing and improving existing machines.
