Job Title: Junior Lifestyle Manager – UK Late-Night Shift

Location:Remote
Schedule:UK Late-Night / Early-Morning Shift (6 PM–2 AM UK Time)
Compensation:$1,500 USD/month base salary + quarterly incentives (20–30% of base for high performers)

About the Role

We are hiring a highly organized, resourceful Junior Lifestyle Manager to support ultra-high-net-worth individuals through a fast-paced, chat-based concierge service. This role requires exceptional written communication, strong multitasking ability, and the creativity to manage urgent, unique, and sometimes complex requests.

This is an urgent hire to cover a critical gap in late-night UK coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests through an in-app chat platform (similar to WhatsApp) with excellent written communication.
• Provide luxury-level, high-touch lifestyle support to demanding clientele.
• Manage time-sensitive, high-volume requests with accuracy and professionalism.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving—think on your feet and operate without a strict playbook.
• Coordinate bookings, logistics, sourcing, research, and bespoke client tasks.
• Handle ambiguous or unusual requests efficiently (e.g., sourcing niche items or arranging last-minute services).
• Maintain discretion and deliver exceptional client experience consistently.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams while exercising sound judgment under pressure.

Candidate Profile

Experience in luxury service environments such as hospitality, concierge, boutique travel, VIP support, or high-touch customer service.

Remote-work experience preferred.
