Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group in the United Kingdom or South Africa seeks a seasoned Lifestyle Manager to craft tailored experiences for members, spanning dining, travel and entertainment. You will manage requests end-to-end with a customer-first approach, drawing on a global supplier network to deliver memorable moments.

The role requires strong English and Italian language skills, 3+ years in hospitality or concierge services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and spoken communication in English (C1) and Italian (C2).
• Min 3+ years’ experience in customer service, concierge, dining, entertainment, travel, hospitality, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage complex requests and deliver personalised service.
• Strong knowledge of travel, dining, entertainment, luxury lifestyle and global destinations.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised, service-driven, and able to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in UK or SA without visa sponsorship.

• Communicate clearly with warm, natural language.
• Own the experience from start to finish, updating members throughout.
• Build strong supplier connections to unlock great experiences.
