Job summary

TLT Resourcing Ltd in Cape Town seeks a Junior Legal Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support case preparation, document management, and client communications while learning from a leading UK-based law firm.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and strict regulatory awareness; you will handle file opening, conflict checks, billing coordination, basic legal research, and liaising with teams and clients to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in investigations and problem solving.
• Experience handling a volume caseload.
• Confident multi-tasking across multiple cases.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Opening files, conflict checking, and electronic filing.
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, portals and graphic based analysis.
• Billing and arranging for third parties to be paid.
• Engagement with customers, clients and third parties by telephone, email and portals.
• Managing case data in a case management system with deadlines and SLAs.
• Supporting team manager on assigned tasks.
