Qualifikationen

• Qualified LLB (or equivalent) and admitted to practice in SA.
• Minimum 4–5 years' practical experience in labour/employment law (CCMA, Labour Court).
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law, CCMA procedures, and Labour Court practice.
• Experience delivering client advisory and litigation support.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Handle CCMA arbitrations, conciliations, and pre-dismissal matters.
• Support Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court matters.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, contracts, and collective agreements.
• Assist investigations, prepare case files, interview witnesses.
• Advise clients and unions on labour compliance and strategy.
• Keep up to date with statutory amendments and case law in labour matters.
