Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking an IT support professional to join our team in Mpumalanga. The role emphasizes hands-on IT experience, strong troubleshooting, and a service-oriented approach to hardware and software support. A valid driver’s license and transport are required, with willingness to participate in after-hours standby shifts.

Candidates with Active Directory experience and LAN/WLAN knowledge will be preferred. Certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft Fundamentals are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric or IT qualification (advantageous).
• IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals or Azure Administrator Associate are advantageous.
• 3 years hands-on IT experience with relevant IT qualifications.
• 5 years hands-on IT experience where no formal IT qualification is held.
• Corporate IT support experience is highly advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of hardware and software support.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and user account administration.
• Knowledge of LAN/WLAN and network connectivity.
• Knowledge of network cabling and telephone systems.
• Service-orientated and professional approach.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in an after-hours standby roster.
