Placements24 is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support senior PMs in IT projects in Sandton, Gauteng. You will assist in planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects stay on time, within scope and budget.

This on-site role offers exposure to lifecycles, client interactions, and close team coordination. Ideal candidates have a IT or business background, with interest in PM methodologies, strong organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Some experience or strong interest in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist senior project managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate project team members and facilitate communication.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with budget management and cost tracking.
