Job summary

Staff Unlimited Recruitment in Johannesburg is seeking a Junior Internal Sales Agent to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction from our Johannesburg branch. You will handle incoming calls and emails, process quotations and purchase orders, and coordinate with accounts, dispatch, embroidery, and buying departments.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12 and 2-3 years in internal sales, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Syspro, strong communication, and teamwork under pressure.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education is required.
• 2-3 years of Internal Sales experience.
• Knowledge of all products sold by G. Fox.
• Computer literacy including Excel, Word, Outlook and Syspro.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls on Ocular.
• Answer incoming emails on Ocular.
• Process customer quotations.
• Process customer purchase orders.
• Address customer queries.
• Address walk in customers.
• Communicate with the accounts dept with regards to customer account queries
• Communicate with dispatch with regards to customer special requests for delivery
• Communicate with embroidery with regards to customer branded orders
• Communicate with the buying dept with regards to customer special buy-out orders
• Ensure that all quotes and purchase orders are processed within the specified times.
• Ensure that all relevant paperwork is submitted.
