Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years in IE/manufacturing; internship valued.
• Basic Lean manufacturing understanding; strong problem-solving.
• Proficient in MS Office; willing to learn CAD/simulation.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in analyzing processes and identifying improvements.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma tools and techniques implementation.
• Collect/analyze data to support optimization projects.
• Develop/update SOPs and process documentation.
• Conduct time and motion studies and measure efficiency.
• Collaborate with production to implement changes and train staff.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Ensure safety standards and participate in audits.
