Job summary

Digicall Group in Johannesburg is hiring a Junior Implementation & Business Analyst to support systems, processes and client solutions while gaining hands-on experience in business analysis and project delivery.

You will work with senior analysts, implementation teams, developers and stakeholders to document requirements, assist with configuration, testing, and issue resolution, and build solid documentation for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
• Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
• Relevant certifications or coursework in Business Analysis or Project Management advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Support senior analysts in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Assist with creating process maps, workflows, and functional documentation.
• Maintain accurate project and requirements documentation.
• Assist with the implementation of new systems, processes, and enhancements.
• Support system configuration and setup activities under guidance.
• Help coordinate implementation tasks and track progress.
• Assist with data validation and migration activities.
• Monitor implementation activities and elevate issues where necessary.
• Assist in developing test scenarios and test cases.
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Capture testing results and log defects.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met before deployment.
• Provide first-line support to users during implementation projects.
• Communicate project updates and implementation progress to stakeholders.
• Build positive working relationships across business and technical teams

ROLE SUMMARY

The Junior Implementation & Business Analyst supports the implementation of systems, processes and client solutions while gaining practical experience in business analysis and project delivery. QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years' experience in a Business Analysis, Implementation, IT Support, Project Coordination, or related role.
• Exposure to customer service, systems support, or process improvement environments will be advantageous.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, or business systems.
• Basic understanding of data management and reporting tools.
• Exposure to Agile or project-based environments.

• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
• Basic understanding of business processes and workflows.
