Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus or coursework.
• 0-3 years of relevant civil engineering experience, geotechnics preferred.
• Basic soil mechanics and foundation principles knowledge.
• Familiarity with geotechnical investigation techniques and lab testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing site investigations, including soil sampling and in-situ testing.
• Analyze geotechnical data and prepare soil investigation reports.
• Support the design of shallow and deep foundations for buildings and infrastructure.
• Assist in the design of earthworks, slope stability, and retaining structures.
• Conduct field inspections during construction to monitor earthworks and foundation activities.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technologists on project tasks and problem-solving.
