Permanent is seeking a Junior Finance Manager to take ownership of daily financial operations in Johannesburg. You will manage debtors/creditors, run payments, and prepare month-end reports while leveraging Xero and Salesforce for reporting and insights.

The role emphasizes automation, data-driven decision support, and collaboration with business owners in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• BCom Accounting or an equivalent accounting-related qualification.
• Solid practical accounting and financial management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Xero is essential.
• Salesforce experience is essential.
• Strong financial analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Good understanding of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, VAT and month-end processes.
• Strong digital and technology capabilities, with an interest in automation and AI.
• Pricing experience would be advantageous.
• Experience within the advertising, media or related commercial environment would be beneficial.
