Helderberg Personnel is seeking an energetic candidate to develop relationships with industrial clients and advise on electrical products and solutions. You will promote industrial electrical equipment, conduct client visits, prepare quotations, and support internal teams to grow the business in the Western Cape region.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer focus, and a willingness to travel locally to visit customers.

Formación

• National Electrical Engineering certificate or qualified Electrician.
• Sound understanding of electrical equipment and industrial applications.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving technical problems and applying their electrical knowledge in a customer-focused environment. Training will be provided in a structured environment, to ensure growth and product knowledge.

Duties will include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with industrial clients, electrical contractors and maintenance departments.

• Promoting and selling industrial electrical equipment, enclosures, distribution and motor-control products.
• Conducting client visits and identifying new business opportunities.

• Working closely with internal technical and sales teams.

Requirements:

• National Electrical Engineering certificate, qualified Electrician or relevant electrical technical qualification.
• Sound understanding of electrical equipment and industrial applications.
• Practical electrical experience will be advantageous.
• Previous technical sales experience will be beneficial but is not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel locally to visit customers.
