Job summary

VKB Agriculture is seeking a dedicated Dispatch/Warehouse Administrator to support warehouse operations and reporting in Bethlehem, Free State.

You will capture dispatch data, process credits, and generate on-time reports while maintaining accuracy under pressure. This role requires Grade 12, 1–2 years in warehousing, and teamwork, with basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
• 1–2 years experience in warehousing/distribution.
• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is expected; Business Central is an advantage.
• Computer literate with proficiency in standard packages.
• Willing to work overtime, shifts and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager.
• Document control: compile, edit, file and capture documents accurately.
• Ensure credits are processed accurately per SOP.
• Handle other duties as required by management.
• Submit all reports on time.
• Print pick slips per route.
• Invoice customers.
• Prepare parcels for mailing.
