• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking and packing of orders ready for dispatch.
• Schedule and confirm pick-ups with transport providers, ensuring efficient route planning.
• Verify that outgoing shipments match the orders and dispatch notes before loading.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched goods and track their progress to final delivery.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments regarding dispatch status and any potential issues.
