Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is looking for a detail‑oriented candidate to assist with data entry and populate the Data Mapping Module within our system. You will work in a team focused on efficiency, customer care and data integrity, handling data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision making.

The role involves manual data entry, document review, and data transfer, with opportunities to participate in projects that organize and validate large data sets for improved visibility of data

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in data entry and/or coding.
• Must have previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
• Post Matric certs or qualifications.
• Previous experience with data capture, visualization and/or reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with capturing data and populating the Data Mapping Module.
• Work in a team environment that focuses on efficiency, customer care, and data integrity.
• Be involved in projects that require making sense of seemingly overwhelming piles of data.
• Capture data from various sources to populate clients Data Mapping Module.
• Find ways to validate the data before allowing it to make it into a usable form for reporting.
