Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Master Data Migration to lead cross-functional efforts. You will maintain plans, manage risks, and steer teams through complex data migration initiatives, ensuring governance and quality standards are upheld.

Ideal candidate brings PMP/PRINCE2, Agile experience, and strong communication. The role emphasizes structured project administration and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile project methods (Scrum and Kanban).
• Proven project administration experience.
• Knowledge of organisational change management and its importance.
• Solid organization and time-management skills.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; good communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of CSV process preferred.
• COBIT frameworks preferred.
• ISO9001 / GAMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Identify and manage dependencies and critical path.
• Schedule meetings and record decisions and tasks.
• Prepare documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and address issues proactively.
• Act as the main point of contact for participants.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Document actions and decisions and follow up.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensure deadlines are met and document risks and issues.
• Maintain adherence to frameworks and documentation.
• Keep key stakeholders informed (GDT OpCo, Quality Manager, ServiceNow Owner).
• Chair and facilitate meetings and distribute minutes.
• Create project management calendar and develop Statements of Work with SMEs.
