Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in data analysis, managed services, or enterprise support environments.
• Experience supporting workforce delivery operations and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and enterprise sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Operational Support: assist in enterprise application management environments and delivery activities.
• Workflow Management & SLA Support: manage documentation, reporting, and operational workflow activities; support SLA adherence.
• Stakeholder & Client Coordination: support communication between delivery teams, contractors, and clients; build relationships across remote/global teams.
