Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project/programme management with a focus on data migration.
• Proven track record of large-scale data migration in technical environments.
• Strong understanding of data management, ETL, data warehousing, and governance.
• Experience with data migration tools: Informatica, Talend, SAP Data Services.
• PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall); PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of data migration projects with business and technical alignment.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders across IT and business units.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including resources, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies affecting delivery and quality.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to PM best practices and methodologies throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement migration strategies and tools.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams to foster high performance.
