Placements24 in East London is looking for a Junior Corporate Legal Advisor to support a busy legal team in corporate matters, contract drafting, and governance.

Under the guidance of senior lawyers, you will gain exposure to compliance, company secretarial duties, and broad corporate law experience in the Eastern Cape environment.

Formación

• Completed LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Good understanding of South African company law and contract principles.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades
