• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with transfer matters.
• Opening and maintaining transfer files.
• Preparing and managing correspondence and documentation.
• Following up with clients, attorneys, banks and relevant parties.
• Assisting with FICA and compliance documentation.
• Monitoring deadlines and attending to general transfer administration.
