Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist senior claims handlers in processing various types of insurance claims.
• Gather and verify necessary documentation and information from claimants and relevant parties.
• Enter and update claim information in the claims management system.
• Communicate with policyholders to acknowledge claims and request missing information.
• Schedule claim assessments or inspections as required.
• Maintain organized and comprehensive claim files.
• Handle routine policy inquiries related to claims.
• Liaise with underwriting and customer service departments.
• Identify straightforward claims for initial assessment and escalate complex cases.
