Responsibilities

• Debtors & Creditors: manage the end-to-end accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.
• Invoicing & POs: raise invoices for the sales team and generate purchase orders efficiently.
• Financial Reconciliations: petty cash reconciliations and update credit applications and reports.
• Commission Calculations: collate and calculate commission for the sales team with high precision.
• Reporting & Admin: undertake a variety of financial reporting tasks and support the broader team with essential administrative execution.
• Growth Contribution: participate in business goals by supporting the expansion of the clientele and supplier base while maintaining ISO 9001:2015 standards.
