Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in sales, business development, client service, recruitment or related environment.
• Basic understanding of B-BBEE, learnerships, SETA frameworks or skills development advantageous.
• Good communication, telephone etiquette and client engagement skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to CRM tools will be advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when required.
• A diploma, certificate or degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Sales or related field will be advantageous.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in consultative sales and skills development solutions are essential.
