Job summary

TreasuryONE (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Junior AI Trainer / AI Productivity Assistant in Pretoria to support internal users with approved AI tools, improve productivity, and reduce repetitive work. The role is entry-level and business-facing within IT / Integrations & Automation.

The ideal candidate will be curious, patient, and able to explain concepts clearly, with a strong interest in AI, automation, and learning how business systems connect. Growth into more technical areas is envisioned.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Certificate, diploma or degree in IT / business systems / data / business analysis would be advantageous.
• Entry-level candidates will be considered.
• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot is advantageous.
• Experience with MS 365, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, APIs, scripting, databases or low-code/no-code platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• AI User Support & Training: assist internal users with AI tools for productivity and workflow support.
• Provide basic training and help users write better prompts and apply AI tools effectively.
• Help identify AI use cases while ensuring safe, responsible use in line with policy.
• Create simple guides, prompt examples, templates, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
• Support rollout of AI tools, features and productivity initiatives across the business.
• Productivity & Process Improvement: document requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Integrations & Automation Support: assist with workflow documentation, testing, and user support.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with technical and non-technical users to understand needs.
