• Analyze departmental workflows to identify high‑friction activities such as manual data entry, document sorting, and repetitive email handling.
• AI Automation: Design, build, and deploy Python scripts, LLM‑powered assistants, and low‑code solutions to automate identified inefficiencies.
• Integrate core business systems with AI solutions to enable seamless, end‑to‑end data flow with minimal human intervention.
• Rapidly prototype and test new automation ideas in a controlled environment before promoting them to live production.
• Serve as a technical liaison, translating AI capabilities into practical solutions that address non‑technical teams’ day‑to‑day challenges.
• Contribute to weekly "prompt syncs" by sharing successful automations, reusable code snippets, and key lessons learned across the strike team.
• Continuously review AI outputs to ensure accuracy, fairness, and strict compliance with data security and governance standards
