Job summary

Boltbet South Africa is seeking a Junior Affiliate Manager to grow our affiliate network, manage influencers, content creators, and strategic partnerships within our expanding marketing team.

You will recruit and onboard affiliates, monitor campaigns and performance, report insights, and identify new opportunities while aligning with Boltbet's brand guidelines and responsible gambling policies.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, social media marketing, digital advertising, or the iGaming industry.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Creative thinking and the ability to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Confidence in approaching influencers, content creators, and potential business partners.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple partnerships.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversions, and performance tracking.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers, content creators, and digital marketing partners.
• Develop and maintain affiliate marketing partnerships across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Build strong relationships with influencers, online personalities, and potential brand ambassadors.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor affiliate registrations, first-time deposits, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with affiliates and content creators to develop engaging promotional content aligned with Boltbet's brand guidelines.
• Identify new opportunities to expand Boltbet's affiliate network and reach new audiences.
• Maintain regular communication with affiliate partners and provide ongoing support to improve performance.
• Research competitor activity, emerging social media trends, and new digital marketing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate affiliate records, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure affiliate marketing activities comply with internal policies and applicable responsible gambling advertising requirements.
