Boltbet is a growing South African online betting company seeking a VIP Account Manager to nurture high-value player relationships and deliver personalised service across multiple channels.

You will engage VIP players, onboard eligible customers, and coordinate promotions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a premium, compliant client experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in VIP account management in online betting or iGaming.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver personalised service.
• Strong knowledge of VIP retention, loyalty programmes, and relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with CRM systems and multiple digital channels (phone, WhatsApp, email).

Responsabilités

• Maintain long-term relationships with VIP players.
• Serve as primary contact for VIP clients with dedicated account management.
• Engage VIP players via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Develop strategies to improve retention and loyalty.
• Identify and onboard eligible customers to the VIP programme.

• Monitor activity and account performance for service improvements.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, promotions, and platform issues.
• Handle complaints and escalations professionally.

• Prepare regular VIP engagement and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve the VIP programme and customer experience.

VIP Account Manager

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional personalised service, and creating memorable experiences for high-value players.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned VIP players.
• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing personalised assistance and dedicated account management.
• Proactively engage with VIP players through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve VIP player retention, loyalty, and overall satisfaction.
• Identify potential VIP players and assist with onboarding and upgrading eligible customers to the VIP programme.
• Coordinate personalised VIP promotions, rewards, bonuses, and loyalty incentives in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor VIP player activity, engagement, and account performance to identify opportunities for improved service and retention.
• Assist VIP players with account-related enquiries, deposits, withdrawals, promotional offers, and other platform-related issues.
• Handle VIP complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with customer support, payments, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless VIP experience.
• Maintain accurate records of VIP interactions, account activity, promotional rewards, and relationship management efforts.
• Prepare regular reports on VIP engagement, retention, player satisfaction, and account performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve Boltbet's VIP programme, player benefits, and overall customer experience.
• Promote responsible gambling practices, identify potential signs of gambling-related harm, and ensure VIP engagement complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in VIP account management, preferably within the online betting or iGaming industry.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering personalised customer service.
• Strong understanding of VIP customer retention, loyalty programmes, and relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.
• Experience communicating with clients through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive client matters professionally.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple VIP accounts.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
• A proactive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required to meet operational and VIP client needs.
• Previous experience managing VIP players at an online betting or casino company will be highly advantageous.
