Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 3+ years accounting experience.
• Experience preparing a basic trial balance.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Process cashbooks, journals, intercompany transactions, customer invoices, and monthly statements across group companies.
• Prepare bank, supplier, balance sheet, travel expense, and corporate credit card reconciliations.
• Capture supplier invoices, manage approvals, review invoices for VAT, PO, and compliance.
• Coordinate domestic and international payment runs; load payments onto banking platforms.
• Resolve supplier and invoice queries and maintain supporting payment documentation.
• Prepare monthly VAT workings and support tax, KYC, CIPC, annual return, and other compliance requirements.
• Prepare audit working papers and schedules, including ED and BEE-related information.
• Provide general finance support and assist with ad-hoc accounting and reporting.
