Job summary

Boomerang BPO invites motivated individuals to join our Learnership in Cape Town, gaining a nationally recognised qualification and practical contact centre experience. You will receive structured training, mentorship and coaching in a supportive environment.

You will develop customer service, sales, digital, and professional skills while being mentored and prepared for future employment opportunities within the Boomerang network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18–35 years old.
• South African citizen.
• Live in the Western Cape.
• Unemployed for at least one month before the final interview.
• Not currently studying or enrolled in another learnership.
• At least 2 years' experience in BPO, contact centres, retail or hospitality.
• Have not previously participated in a DEDAT learnership programme.

Responsibilities
