The Work-Integrated Learning Internship offers hands-on IT technical support experience over 18 months, with opportunities to learn across customer service and technical operations within a busy service network.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer messages in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information about PG Glass products and services
• Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
• Log all interactions and maintain accurate customer records
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
