Qualifications

• Matric and a valid driver’s license
• Proven experience in:
  • Automotive glass replacement
  • Safety glass calibration, regassing, tinting, and related services
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations, SAP, and CRM tools
• Ability to manage and develop a high‑performing team
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Knysna / Plettenberg / George area
