Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer messages in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information about PG Glass products and services
• Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
• Log all interactions and maintain accurate customer records
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
