ManpowerGroup in Johannesburg is seeking a Stock Controller to manage site stock records and support HR administration in the Southern Suburbs. You will handle file updates, scanning of HR documents, and ensure accurate data entry across multiple systems.

Responsibilities include timesheet sign-off, access card administration, interviews coordination, policy updates, and occasional switchboard relief. This role requires a detail-oriented, pressure-tolerant team player.

Qualifikationen

• Only immediately available candidates will be considered.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• HR Diploma/ Degree advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Detail orientated.

• Scanning, Printing, filing, updating Worldwide Staffing records.
• Updating Policy files.
• Setting up interviews.
