Job summary

ManpowerGroup in South Africa is seeking a proactive Technical Sales and Installer Support specialist. You will support installers across the Gauteng region, promote our full product range, and deliver hands-on installation guidance remotely.

You will capture interactions in CRM, identify upsell opportunities, train field staff, monitor competitors, and report market insights weekly. The role requires remote territory management and a valid driver’s license; petrol allowance applies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical sales or field support, ideally in access automation or electronic security.
• Strong technical knowledge with advanced problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote territory effectively.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence - petrol will be compensated.
