• Indexing and Quality Control: Ensure instructions are indexed, dealt with within turnaround times, and are FICA and FAIS compliant.
• Ensure all documentation is received, and work is finalized per business rules.
• Capture: Accurately capture client instructions on the system while maintaining a high effectiveness rate.
• Verification/Authorisation: Check and verify that client’s personal information and instructions have been accurately captured.
