• Follow KE guidelines on the system and take appropriate actions.
• Maintain an acceptable error rate as directed by the team leader.

• Index client instructions, ensuring timely processing within SLA turnaround times and cut-offs
• Attach all relevant information and supporting documentation to instructions to ensure completion and legal compliance
• Perform quality control checks and queue monitoring to maintain workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with FICA and FAIS regulations in all received work
• Follow Knowledge Enabler (KE) guidelines on the system and take appropriate actions as needed
• Maintain an acceptable error rate as agreed with the team leader
