Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Index client instructions and process within SLA deadlines.
• Attach all relevant information and documents to ensure compliance.
• Perform quality control checks and queue monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with FICA and FAIS regulations.
• Follow KE guidelines on the system and take appropriate actions.
• Maintain an acceptable error rate as directed by the team leader.
