Job summary

Core Group is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Executive Leadership Team Graduate Programme for 12 months. You will work closely with senior executives, supporting strategic projects, business operations and decision-making across departments.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree obtained within the last three years.
• Qualifications include BCom, BBusSci, BAdmin, BSc, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Strong academic performance and evidence of achievement.
• Leadership experience through student organisations, sports, community initiatives or entrepreneurial activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
