Job summary

Core Group is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Executive Leadership Team Graduate Programme for 12 months. You will work closely with senior executives, supporting strategic projects, business operations and decision-making across departments.

The programme aims to develop future business leaders through mentorship and practical experience in strategy, analysis, communication and leadership. You will gain exposure to cross-functional initiatives and valuable analytical tasks while

Qualifications

Completed bachelor’s degree obtained within the last three years.
Qualifications include BCom, BBusSci, BAdmin, BSc, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
Strong academic performance and evidence of achievement.
Leadership experience through student organisations, sports, community initiatives or entrepreneurial activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Support executives with strategic projects and operational initiatives.
Conduct research, analyse data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple departments.
Prepare presentations, business updates and executive communications.
Attend leadership meetings, record key decisions and track action items.
Monitor project progress and coordinate stakeholder communication and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and business optimisation.
